5:00 PM  -  Doors Open

5:00 - 6:00 PM - VIP Reception, Salon 9 (by invitation only)

5:00 - 6:30 PM - General Reception/ACE on Display, Halls B/C

6:30 PM - Call to Seats / Pre-dinner Program

7:00 PM - Dinner

8:30 PM - Show Begins

10:30 PM - Show Ends / After Party Begins

Registration Information:

ALL SEATING IS ASSIGNED

Tables are in rounds of 10 - no exceptions.

Tickets purchased in groups of 10 (in one transaction), will automatically be seated together.

If you purchased less than 10 tickets, and have a seating preference, we will do our best to accommodate you.

After you have purchased your tickets, please e-mail your table reservation requests to awards@adclubedm.com. Please indicate in the email how many seats you are reserving and if you have any requests to sit with other people, please include their names in the email.

ACE Awards tickets are transferable, but non-refundable.
